Leaders of the Catholic Professional Guilds (CPG) had audience with the Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra, Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kofie at his office at the Holy Spirit Cathedral. The vision, mission, values and plans for the CPG were presented to the Archbishop.
The Bishop was pleased with the efforts at organizing ourselves in our various professional guilds, but challenged us to do more considering our numbers. He has therefore requested a meeting with the various guilds separately to apprise himself with what has been done so far.
The Archbishop pledged his unflinching support to the CPG, promising to approve the Strategic Plan of the Archdiocese and provision of Secretariat for the CPG.
A presentation was made to the Bishop as appreciation for his warm reception.
