Accra ( G/A) July 11, 2020, Act-news- The Episcopal Chairman of Education of the Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference(GCBC) , Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, has appealed to staff of the educational institutions in the country particularly those in the Catholic Educational Institutions to be more careful and vigilant as the count cases of the COVID 19 in the country was increasing up.
Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, Episcopal chairman of education and Archbishop of the Accra Catholic Archdiocese , in a video address , entreated both teaching and non-teaching staffs of schools in the country to be extra vigilant on the students and encouraged the students to observed all the COVID 19 protocols outlined by the ministry of health and the Ghana Health service as well as the ministry of education.
He said that parents were worried as result of the increasing cases of the disease in some of the educational institutions.
