AN APPEAL TO CATHOLIC TEACHERS IN GHANA
Dearest Good People of God and Teachers.
I write this to encourage us all to keep promoting goodness and moral uprightness in our younger ones. The issue of examination malpractice is a danger with so much future negative implications for Ghana, individuals and Christianity.
The alarming rate of some teachers teaching right inside examination halls, solving questions and passing answers through examination supervisors and encouraging students to teach one another is evil enough.
The new and scandalous trend coming up is whole PTAs discussing, planning and raising funds to buy examination questions for kids even months before BECE or WASCE. A Catholic teacher or minister must be worried with this trend and fight it vehemently. Should any of us be the promotor of such, then we are doomed as a Body of Christ and a nation. Kindly do your best to promote moral uprightness in schools. Do not be afraid to be bold and suffer for Jesus.
Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, the kingdom of heaven is theirs. Blessed are you when insulted, killed, etc for the sake of Christ. .. rejoice and be glad for your reward is great in heaven. God be our help.
